Problems running the Songkicker on mac 10.6.2
Hi,
i'm actually having troubles to run the app on mac with 10.6.2
Downloading is no problem, I also can find the programm in the applications folder but cannot open it: it says the file might be damaged.
Tried it a couple of times, always the same results!
thanks for your help,
Ferdi

Inappropriate?Hey Ferdi,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll take a look into it for you. In the meantime, could you try removing the application - just drop it into your trash, and then reinstall it? Let me know if that works!
Thanks
Emily. -
Inappropriate?I already tried that a couple of times, always with the same result...
And I also heard from other mac users that they have the same problem with snow leopard.
But anyway, thanks for your work on it! -
Inappropriate?Hey there,
Just a quick update for you - we're still not able to reproduce this bug, but wanted to let you know that we are continuing to look into what might be causing it and will get back to you as soon as any light is shed!
Thanks for bearing with us.

Inappropriate?Hey Ferdi,
Really sorry but we can't reproduce this problem! Unfortunately, this means we're not able to fix it right now as we don't have the bandwidth to spend any more time on it at the moment.
I know that sucks, but we'll keep an eye out and see if many other users are affected by it, and if a large amount are then we'll spend some more time on it. For now though, I'm afraid you'll have to add artists to you Tracker manually:

Or, if you use Last.fm you can do an import of your top50 listened to artists from there? That's on your Tracker, on the right-hand side.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Thank,
Emily.
